What would your ideal work community look like?

My ideal work community would be almost like a family. Everyone would know everyone else well. They could all lean on each other for support. The community would have a good work life balance, and people from work would enjoy being around everyone else there. They would interact outside of the company as well and the relationships would provide for great chemistry in team meetings.

Not only would everyone enjoy the company of everyone else at work, but everyone would be working towards a social goal too. Perhaps everyone would get together to do community service or provide support for a charity. Having something like that would bring everyone even closer together as long as it wasn’t forced.
